We believe in empowering everyone to feel confident and cared for in a safe and supportive space. *Duties* * Provide personalized esthetic services with a focus on client comfort and safety. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all clients. * Foster open communication and active listening to understand clients? needs and preferences. * Respect and honor clients? identities, ensuring inclusive language and practices. * Collaborate with team members to create an environment that prioritizes inclusivity and support. * Provide facials, skin and laser treatments to clients * Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress * Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulations * Actively create and post content for social media * Laundry and general cleaning * Assist the team by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries at the front desk. *Requirements* * Valid esthetician/laser technician license/certificate * Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. * Strong understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Ability to empathize and respond sensitively to clients? needs, including mental health considerations. * Willingness to participate in ongoing training related to inclusivity and client care. *How to Apply:* If you are passionate about promoting inclusivity and delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you!
