Job details
We are seeking licensed security guards for midland and surrounding area. For all interested applicants please for your resume to your email. This is a casual position to start with the potential of leading full time. Specific Duties: Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors,windows and gates Answer alarms and investigate disturbances Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees,vistors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities,such as equipment or property damage,theft presences of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Assist police or fire departments in case of emergency. Circulate among visitors,patrons and employees to preserve order and protect property. Requirements: Must be Available to work evenings,weekends and holidays Must have a valid Ontario Drivers license Must have a valid Ontario Security guard license Customer service experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively generate all relevant shift reports and distribute effectively in a timely manner Team player- positive ,honest,motivated Clean criminal record Eligible to work legally in canada Valid first aid & CPR Must have or Be Willing to Obtain: WHMIS Smart Serve Drivers license Vehicle Work Remotely * No Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.04 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Holidays * Night shift * On call * Overtime Application question(s): * Do you own a working motor vehicle? * Do you own a working cell phone ?
