*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and hard working Marketing Manager to lead our door to door marketing team and drive brand awareness in the Okanagan region. Our company is growing again, expanding across the Okanagan over these next few years. There is room for growth within the company to eventually become a full time sales representative. Be apart of the movement and be recognized for your contribution. The door to door team is one of our core lead generation channels for growth in our business. This is a critical role within the business where you will be valued and appreciated for your efforts with rewards for certain milestones hit. *The ideal candidate will be:* * Highly energetic and loves talking to people * Enjoys working outdoors * Self starter and results oriented * Willingness to learn and improve their skill set * Has valid drivers license * Team leader * Eager to help others improve by tracking and reviewing teams performance * Understanding that the results you get out of this position come from the effort you put into it *Responsibilities* * Hire and train door to door marketers/appointment setters * Develop and implement efficient door to door marketing strategies for the Okanagan area * Track and review performance of door to door marketers on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure targets are met * Create goals and set targets for the team to hit, while motivating and holding the team accountable * Utilize our door to door marketing app Salesrabbit to optimize team performance * Manage the door to door marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. * Realize the potential of door to door marketing in business and the life skills that come along with it *What we offer:* * Daily mentorship and coaching on self improvement for life and sales/marketing * Opportunities for growth with the potential of becoming a future sales representative * Bi-weekly guaranteed pay * Monthly rewards for certain milestones hit * Potential for company vehicle and cell phone if loyalty and long term planning is shown If this position sounds exciting to you and you think you'd be a great fit, apply now!
