Novy Manufacturing has an opening for a Bookkeeper. This is a full-time position on days (Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm). We offer full benefits, competitive wages and a yearly bonus! *Qualifications:* * Detail oriented individual with superior organizational skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel * High level of attention to detail and accurate recording * 3-5 Years experience/ knowledge in bookkeeping, Sage50 and accounting principles * Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company * Positive attitude; reliable & willing to help others * Team player, flexible and problem solver *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* * Record, track records in Sage50 and ERP software * Enter and maintain internal data base and generate reports from in-house system * Coordinate and collaborate with other staff to help complete the administrative requirements to get tasks completed * Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of the information * Organizing, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties when necessary. * Answers telephones and e-mail inquiries * Some light housekeeping * Safety shoes are required Novy Manufacturing is located in Waterloo.
