Rose Hill Care at Home Inc. provides compassionate and professional Personal Support Worker (PSW) services to seniors and individuals in need of in-home care. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care plans and support. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Representative who excels in communication and has a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting, possess knowledge of insurance claims, and be a quick learner with strong organizational skills. This role involves connecting with potential clients, particularly seniors, to introduce our PSW services and assist with inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry in our software system, and coordinating follow-ups with both PSWs and customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage with prospective clients (primarily seniors) to promote our PSW services.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
* Handle inquiries regarding our services, answer questions, and provide detailed information.
* Assist clients with understanding service options and insurance claims processes.
* Enter client information and service details accurately into our software system.
* Coordinate and follow up with PSWs and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
* Track and report sales activities and client interactions regularly.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in a healthcare or medical clinic setting).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to persuade and connect with elderly clients with empathy and understanding.
* Knowledge of insurance claim processes is a strong asset.
* Proficiency in data entry and experience with software systems.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
