*Job Summary* The Warehouse Assistant Manager will support the warehouse operations by overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and systems. *Duties* * Analyze warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency * Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols * Utilize computerized systems such as AS400 to track inventory and manage orders * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborate with the management team to optimize warehouse performance *Qualifications* * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Experience with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems * Knowledge of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations is a plus * Strong analytical skills to assess warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person- LocationMoncton, NB
