*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel environment.
*Duties*
* Lead team with greeting and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Provide information about the hotel?s amenities, services, and local attractions.
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
* Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing at checkout.
* Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and service excellence.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in hotel setting, hospitality and guest services is manditory.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
* Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is manditory.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
* A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
