Precision Design and Manufacturing is hiring this role for *Precision Design & Manufacturing*.
We are seeking a talentend and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role is primarily B2B sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our motivated customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by selling water treatment products to building owners, property managers, & engineering contractors.
*What the Job Looks Like:*
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email or call backs
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to present our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals on mass orders.
- Develop our dealer/retail network with new connections.
- Perform telemarketing activities to drive sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
*Skills Required to be Successful:*
-Water Treatment Sales experience would be an asset
- Must have a good knowledge base of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge base of water equipment, sales & service, preferred but not required.
- Strong phone presence and experience on high volume of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
-Experience working with a CRM system would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-An energetic, go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic and professionalism
- Must be based out of Westlock County, or surrounding area
- Technical aptitude to be able to properly communicate the technology to the client

Salary for this role will be competitive based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
