Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Case Managers to work onsite in our North York Office to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as the first point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to instruct, assist, and communicate with clients to prepare all documents required. We will provide an orientation and full training after onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law/legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law, and assisting in global talent migration.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials.
* Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback.
* Reply to client messages in the case management system.
* Keep up with the latest updates on immigration policies and the company?s internal procedures.
* Work on reference letter projects.
* Provide assistance to colleagues as needed to facilitate the completion of time-sensitive cases while managing designated tasks.
* Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish clients? projects on time.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Excellent English writing skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Outstanding client service skills.
* Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
* The high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated professional demeanor.
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
* Have a BA or MA degree.
* Relevant internship or work experience as assets.
