With a commitment to innovative solutions and exceptional client service, we?re looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify our message and help us reach even more organizations. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of our marketing and branding strategy. You will play a key role in projects such as website optimization, digital ad campaigns, lead generation, content creation and social media campaigns appropriate to our target clientele. Reporting to the Business Development Director, your role will be to implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. *Key Responsibilities:* · *Marketing Strategy*: Participate in the development of online marketing and communication strategies and key messages to improve our brand visibility and attract new customers. · *Lead generation*: Plan marketing campaigns for our target customers to generate warm leads for the sales team and support all phases of the sales funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty) · *Create and publish content*: Execute online marketing communication strategies including digital ads, our website, and social media. o Decide on appropriate placement of ads o Determine what content will reach customers o Develop projects to create content · *Website optimization*: Ensure continuous updating of website content and the SEO strategy. o Optimize web site traffic from organic search with SEO and other tools o Optimize web site traffic from paid advertising campaigns · *Measure results*: Analyze the performance of campaigns and publications on social networks and on our website. o Measure digital traffic o Monitor social media and Google Analytics o Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders · *Market Research*: Research target customers, competitors? pricing and products advertising trends, and conduct market research to inform campaigns*.* · *Branding*: Support branding campaigns by respecting brand standards (look and feel and key messages) developed by our outside agency in lead generation campaigns, web site optimization and digital ads. *Qualifications:* · Formal education in marketing communications best practices (certificate or degree) · Expertise in executing digital marketing campaigns and analyzing results of ads on digital media such as websites, social media, YouTube, Google Ads and others · Understanding of organic search and SEO principles as well as paid ads (and other initiatives) to increase website ranking · Expertise in website updates, video creation and other content. · Expertise in CRM tools and tracking online marketing initiatives. · Mastery of the tools needed to create and publish digital content and ads. · Resourceful and autonomous as well as a team player · Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to make well-founded recommendations. · Enjoys challenges and setting up new projects and processes. · Capable of effectively prioritizing and well organized. · 5+ ye- LocationMount Pearl, NL
