<p>Hello ! I'm Gabriel, Recruitment Consultant for Fed Supply, an employment agency specializing in supply chain, logistics, transportation and customer service - offering temporary and permanent jobs in the Greater Montreal area. Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>We are supporting one of our customers in the manufacturing sector, located in the Laurentians, in their search for a material & inventory analyst.</p><p>Responsibilities :</p><p>-Participate in the definition and implementation of the inventory function within the organization. <br>-In conjunction with production sites, define, implement and monitor supply strategies for production areas (e.g. KANBAN, VMI, CHARIOT, BACKFLUSH, etc.).<br>-Ensure the integration of various information systems related to inventory (INFOR, MES, FACTORY TRACK, etc.).<br>-Define inventory counting strategy for all Lion warehouses at Mirabel sites.<br>-Coordinate and operationalize cyclical & annual inventory counts. <br>-Train, support and ensure adherence of operational teams to our inventory strategy.<br>-Produce analyses related to inventory activities (e.g. rotation, level).<br>-Ensure inventory turnover, list and dispose of obsolete inventory.<br>-Establish, optimize and monitor inventory levels. <br>-Update sector performance indicators.<br>-Take charge of stock disposal activities. (Inactive, out-of-date, non-conforming, etc.)<br>-Any other task related to inventory management.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment<br>-Positive attitude and team spirit<br>-Resourceful and self-reliant<br>-Organized and rigorous<br>-Results-oriented<br>-Continuous Improvement<br>-3-5 years' experience in inventory management <br>-DEC or other relevant diploma<br>-Knowledge of ERP & MS OFFICE (INFOR suite and POWER BI is an asset),<br>-APICS certification is an asset<br>-Bilingualism (spoken and written)</p><p>The use of English is required for the following reasons:</p><p>-Communication with international customers<br>-Collaboration with English-speaking partners<br>-Drafting documents in English</p><p><br>PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.<br>To apply: www.fedsupply.ca<br>To contact me: (438) 378-7599<br>C: </p>
