*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that each dish meets our restaurant's standards for taste and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of food handling. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices. *Experience* * Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
