*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy staff in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals. *Duties* * Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients. * Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns. * Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards. * Organize and manage medication storage areas for easy access. * Support the pharmacy team in administrative tasks, including filing prescriptions and processing insurance claims. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. * Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of pharmacy operations. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Asssitant or in a healthcare setting is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
