We're growing! And looking to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team for the position of Building Operator located in Cambridge, ON! This full-time, live-in position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and thrives on challenges! What you'll be doing: Maintaining the physical integrity of assigned properties through general maintenance and regular cleaning. Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from the Property Manager or tenants, including to address emergencies and urgent after-hours requests. Experience organizing, directing, and supervising work of contracted labour and services. Performing physically demanding repair work, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc., in both vacant and occupied units, often requiring the use of ladders and power tools.
