Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: York Region, ON Length of Assignment: Temporary Salary: $19-21/hour Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Complying with requirements, legal requirements including policies, Work on PDCA's related to product improvement Process customer orders in a fast-paced environment. Communicate with customers via phone and email. Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs. Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions. P.O. collection and processing of paperwork. Any other tasks requested by business unit managers (Group Managers) Other tasks and duties- LocationYork Region
