Job Description Description/Comment:Support the team in delivering the tasks related to operational controls. Monitor the execution on an ongoing basis of all HR controls identified in the control plan; Ensure appropriate action plans are developed and implemented to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents and mitigate the key risks. The individual will also contribute to the taskforce preparing the audit of HR activities. The candidate must possess high organization skills, be diligent, have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
