Do enjoy creating content online? If so, then this role may be for you. As a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content and publishing it across our various social media platforms. You will also manage our organic and paid social media ad campaigns. *What you will do in this role:* * Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance engagement, awareness, and community growth across various platforms. * Manage day-to-day social calendars, including drafting, scheduling, and publishing captivating content across a portfolio of social channels. * Curate and create a diverse inventory of compelling social content, incorporating text, images, videos, and storytelling elements. * Create and edit engaging videos to complement social media content, ensuring high-quality production and storytelling. * Serve as a quicker thinker and out-of-the-box video editor, especially for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other popular social networks. * Monitor social channels proactively for engagement opportunities, fostering highly engaged fanbases and interactions with users. * Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and merchants to maintain brand vision, devise content strategies, and explore new social opportunities. * Become a subject matter expert on assigned brands, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding, particularly in men's apparel. * Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and news, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. * Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, brand health, and audience preferences, providing key insights and recommendations. * Engage with online audiences while adhering to necessary guidelines and regulations. * Perform video creation, editing, and storytelling to enrich social media content and enhance brand storytelling. * Tailor social media efforts to showcase men's apparel offerings effectively. * Perform other marketing duties as needed to support overall objectives. *As an Ideal candidate you are someone who:* * Can create compelling content that builds brand awareness * Has experience with storytelling via digital mediums that is inspiring and demonstrates impact * Is passionate about fashion *Your qualifications include:* * 1-2 years experience preparing social media posts * 1-2 years creating paid campaign content, and managing content creation * Diploma or degree in digital marketing, social media, communications, public relations, or relevant experience, * Superior knowledge of social media and digital marketing communications, including experience with related management tools, Meta, Google Analytics, etc * Strong oral and written communication skills, * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software *What we offer:* * Comprehensive benefits package including dental, extended health care, life insurance and a health spending accou- LocationConcord, ON
