An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for a: *Customer Service Representative* The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership. *In summary, the Customer Service Representative will:* * Respond to external member inquires in a timely, professional manner * Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members * Process basic over the counter financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more * Complete miscellaneous administrative duties *The ?must-have? skills and qualifications that we?re looking for are:* * Completed post-secondary education * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment * Two to four years of cash handling experience *These additional skills are considered assets too:* * Prior experience within the financial services industry If you feel you?re a great fit, let us know why!
