HVAC Install Helper Needed! *Job description* HVAC Helper will be responsible to assist the lead technician to: * Install heating, ventilation and cooling units for residential, commercial and industrial customers. * Install Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Hot Water Tanks, Tankless, Boilers, RTU and/or AC. * Have well knowledge of installing HVAC equipment. * Provide excellent customer service. * Install Ductwork and sheet metal. * Perform highest quality of workmanship. This position requires an outgoing, customer service focused technician with the following skills: * Must have a Gas Technician license. * Must have valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card. * Must have a Class G Driver?s License with clean drivers abstract. * Must have Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, ductless and tankless installation knowledge. * Be willing and able to work to a high standard of quality. * Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position. * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. * Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Must have outstanding customer service skills. * Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies. * Must be very punctual and dependable. * Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform. * Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
