I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of financial experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. <br> <br>I am looking for a Controller for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent face-to-face position on the South Shore.</p><p>* Execute, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the accounting department including credit, payable and receivable (+/-2 employees); <br>* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for several group companies. <br>* Prepare profitability analysis and financial management (KPI) reports; <br>* Prepare the various government reports within the required deadlines; <br>* Ability to prepare payroll in collaboration with an external service; <br>* Actively work on the annual financial audit process; <br>* Ability to develop and maintain excellent business ties with financial institutions and different levels of Government; <br>* Make the existing accounting software package more efficient; <br>* Target opportunities to improve profitability <br>* Ability to propose improvements to processes or its efficiency</p><p>* University training in accounting. <br>* Leadership and supervisory experience <br>* Member of a recognized professional order (CPA). <br>* Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a similar position. <br>* Ability to communicate and work in English (spoken and written). <br>* Ability to work in cost price <br>* Ability to work with foreign currencies <br>* Sense of priorities, ability to manage several projects at once and to work under pressure. <br>* Mastery of the Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel. <br>* Have worked with an ERP software package, developed to measure <br> <br>PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the human resources manager. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 376 5485</p>- LocationLongueuil, QC
