Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders). Socio-economic needs or conditions (housing, nutrition, unemployment, financial assistance). Services for the homeless. Work setting: Community agency. Shelter for the homeless. Associations and non profit organizations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Mental health first aid Certificate. Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. Cultural Awareness Training. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail. Desktop publishing software. MS Office. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
