*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and sell products will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or purchases. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transactions. * Process customer payments and manage cash register operations. * Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. * Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. * Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve customer service. *Qualifications* * Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus. * Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for technology sales is advantageous but not required. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
