*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and organized person to support the administrative functions of Bellevue Park Senior Living. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, accounts payable, and providing support to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service to seniors and their families.
* All aspects of accounts payable including entering invoices, printing cheques, filing, reconciling visas and vendor statements
* Manage resident receivables using Yardi
* Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, handling mail and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate resident records, including move-in paperwork, billing information and emergency contacts.
* Coordinate schedules and appointments for the management team, including tours and meetings with prospective residents and families.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Oversee the concierge services, including managing front desk operations, scheduling transportation and assisting residents with various requests.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive resident experience.
* Assist with special projects and events as needed.
* Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior experience in accounts payable
* Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to support seniors and their families.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
