*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all products are accurately handled and tracked throughout the warehouse. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficient operations and supporting our commitment to exceptional service. *Duties* * Oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. * Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. * Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment, including reach trucks. * Perform order picking tasks to prepare items for shipment based on customer orders. * Maintain an organized warehouse distribution area to facilitate efficient operations. * Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with material requirements planning (MRP). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating warehouse equipment. * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency. * Organize and stage fabrication packages for fabricators. * Keeping mechanical components well organized. * Wrapping and banding shipment nicely and attaching BOL. * Loading and unloading paint booth. * Painting when required - We will train. *Experience* * Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on shipping and receiving operations. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable. * Experience operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment is a plus. * Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including order picking and shipping procedures. * Understanding of MRP systems and their application in warehouse management. * Understanding of fabrication shop an asset. *What's in it for you?* * Positive and growth minded work environment * Personal and Professional training / investment * Company lunches and events * Competitive wages and benefits * Long term career investment with a growing company that cares about YOU Join our team as a Shipper/Receiver and play a key role in our logistics operations while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
