*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in using both power and hand tools. This role is essential in supporting various projects, including fabrication and assembly tasks within our warehouse environment. The Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. *Duties* * Fabricate components according to specifications and project requirements. * Assemble various products using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during fabrication and assembly processes. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. *Requirements* * Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication and assembly processes. * Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts is preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 44 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Hand tools: 3 years (required) * Forklift: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, ON
