*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our privately owned family practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Candidates must have dental experience as his role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. *Duties* * Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. * Schedule appointments efficiently using Tracker software, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time. * Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered. * Maintain patient records accurately, including updating medical histories and insurance information. * Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism. * Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room. *Requirements* * Strong administrative skills, including experience with phone systems and office management tasks. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care are essential.
