*Position Overview:*
We are excited to offer an immediate opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized and have an ability to provide high level customer experience in a fast paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Outreach to potential clients (home builders, designers, renovators) for quoting opportunities.
* Prepare comprehensive quote packages for new and existing clients.
* Systematically prospect clients with professionalism.
* Manage and update CRM database for customer contacts and opportunities.
* Surpass individual revenue and estimate targets.
* Drive local business growth, identifying opportunities for year-over-year revenue increase.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues.
* Attend to walk-in clients at the showroom.
* Identify and implement creative solutions for operational improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in outside sales or a related field.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify and create opportunities for business growth.
* Familiarity with the construction industry is an asset.
* Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
* Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of current market trends and competitors.
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
