We are excited to bring *e2 Young Engineers *close to you in *Richmond, BC*. Founded in 2008, Young Engineers operates *engineering after-school activities* in over 50 countries. Our mission is to prepare 4-15-year-old students for the changing demands of the 21st-century workforce. *Responsibilities: *
* Help students discover and learn STEM hands-on activities.
* Assist in broadening their imagination.
* Impart important teaching in teamwork.
* Providing extra support to students who need it.
* Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
* Ensure a fun, safe atmosphere that creates memorable experiences with students.
* Learn to utilize effective classroom management skills.
* Deliver Curriculum to students.
* Be on time for all scheduled activities
*Nice-to-have:*
* 2 years of teaching experience
* Certification in relevant field
* Desire to acquire knowledge and creative ways to impart to kids.
* Can lift up to twenty-five (20) pounds.
* Their own personal vehicle
* Class 5 driver?s license
*Schedule :*
* Regular class days run :
* Tuesday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
* Thursday, 3:00 pm to 6 pm
* Friday, 3:00 pm to 6 pm
* Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Pay: From $20.00 per hour for the first 3 months
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
