We offer innovative solutions through five divisions, including the Rotoweld division, which specializes in automated welding systems. <br><br><p>As a Service Technician for Rotoweld, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of automated welding equipment. The role involves frequent travel (40-80 days per year), including international assignments, to ensure optimal machine performance and high-quality customer service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to welding and equipment.</li><li>Communicate with clients using various software.</li><li>Install, start up, and train clients on Rotoweld equipment.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on automated welding systems.</li><li>Train client operators and maintenance teams on equipment use and upkeep.</li><li>Document interventions and create service reports.</li><li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams for technical improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Welding, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MIG welding processes.</li><li>Experience as a service technician or 3-5 years as a pipe welder with MIG, or as a welding supervisor.</li><li>Bilingual (English and French).</li><li>Proficient in using Windows and other software.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in a field setting.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>- LocationSaint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC
