The role of the Accounting Office Administrator would be to help ensure that our operation runs smoothly and efficiently. At FCR, we are big enough to compete but small enough to care.
*Your Role at FCR*
- Perform a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.
- Finalize and publish client documents (hard copy and/or electronically).
- Assist administrative workers in ways that optimize procedures/processes.
- Assist with reception duties such as receiving visitors or answering phone calls at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
*Keys to your success*
- Experience in general office administration role is an asset.
- Proficient in navigating computers and software and be able to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the telephone and in person.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism.
- Seek feedback from staff as well as partners, principals, and senior managers and act on that feedback to enhance performance.
*Qualifications*
- Excellent computer skills.
- College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
