\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team. The Farm Hand will assist in various tasks related to farm maintenance and operations. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. - Irrigate crops and maintain irrigation systems. - Assist with heavy equipment operation as needed. - Perform field maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting. - Conduct basic math calculations for measuring and mixing materials. - Utilize power tools and hand tools for various farm-related activities. - Handle heavy lifting tasks to transport supplies and equipment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in farm work areas. -Responsible for the safe and efficent operation of equipment and vehicles -Record and report information of daily completed jobs -Interact with customers in an appropriate manner \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Experience with farm machinery, heavy equipment operation, and irrigation systems. - Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge. - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required on the farm. - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. - High Attention to detail - Valid drivers license - Ability to work long irregular hours during peak farming season - Good communication skills This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic farm environment, gaining hands-on experience in various farm operations.
