*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Drivers Helper to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will assist the driver in delivering goods to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while handling various tasks in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Assist the driver with loading and unloading cargo from the vehicle. * Help ensure that all deliveries are made accurately and on time. * Communicate effectively with the driver and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements. * Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. * Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when necessary. * Support the team in moving products within the warehouse as required. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift. * Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus but not required. * Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. * Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
