About Us: The Smile Room is a mobile dental practice dedicated to providing essential dental care to retirement homes and long-term care facilities throughout the GTA. We?re passionate about delivering quality services to those who need it most, and we?re looking for a reliable, responsible driver to support our mission by ensuring our dental equipment reaches each destination safely and on time. Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented driver to pick up dental equipment from our North York location each morning and deliver it to various client sites across the GTA. At the end of the day, you?ll return to each site to collect the equipment and bring it back to North York. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our services and requires punctuality, organization, and excellent driving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up dental equipment from North York each morning - Deliver equipment to various locations across the GTA on a scheduled route - Return to each location at the end of the day to retrieve equipment - Safely transport equipment back to North York - Maintain a log of deliveries and pickups, ensuring accurate tracking - Handle equipment carefully to avoid damage during transportation - Coordinate with our office staff to address any scheduling changes or specific instructions Qualifications: - Valid Ontario G driver?s license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in a delivery or driver role preferred - Ability to lift and handle dental equipment (up to 30 lbs) - Strong time-management skills and reliability - Knowledge of the GTA and ability to navigate efficiently - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Benefits: - Opportunity to be part of a meaningful, community-focused organization Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $22.36-$23.63 per hour Expected hours: 7 ? 15 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
