NextGen Automation is a leading Office Equipment Supplier serving customers across Western Canada. Our Edmonton branch is seeking a professional and dynamic *Receptionist* to join our team. As part of a highly trained group that prioritizes exceptional customer service, you?ll work closely with our technical salesforce and customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the first point of contact, managing high volumes of incoming phone calls and greeting customers warmly.
* Identify and address customer needs, concerns, or inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with both new and existing customers through interactive and proactive communication.
* Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Resolve challenging issues with a solutions-oriented approach, escalating matters as necessary while maintaining ownership of customer concerns.
* Create and manage case documentation for feature requests or solutions to enhance our services.
* Perform other Administrative duties as required.
