*Job Overview*
Eosense is seeking a Production Assistant to join our team in delivering cutting-edge environmental gas monitoring devices. This role focuses on assembling high-quality products, conducting rigorous quality control, and optimizing inventory to support our mission of enabling researchers worldwide to make accurate greenhouse gas measurements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about producing reliable products that meet our customers' needs.
*Responsibilities*
* Assemble/build products and sub-components while adhering to expected build timelines, manufacturing instructions, and quality standards.
* Conduct quality control testing on assembled / repaired products while adhering to established QC / non-conformance processes and tracking requirements.
* Assist with optimizing inventory levels and associated ordering, with the goals of minimizing overall inventory burden while still maintaining target lead times.
* Execute on product repairs (RMA) while adhering to expected timelines, established procedures and tracking requirements.
*Experience*
* Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation practices.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in optimizing inventory systems or assisting with supply chain management.
* Knowledge of electronics assembly and repair processes.
* Proficiency with computers and software, including production tracking tools and software.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
