As part of the Monarch House team, your role as a Payroll Administrator will involve managing comprehensive payroll tasks and benefits administration, ensuring our team members are supported in every aspect of their financial and wellbeing needs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm MST
Setting: Remote (within Canada)
Take an inside look at what you will do each day:
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and fielding related questions from staff.
Audit and verify hourly timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with managers.
Monitor and audit all time off requests.
Process wage adjustments, position changes, new hires, terminations and other payroll-related transactions.
Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal payroll
The median wage is the salary of a given occupation where half the workers earn more than that amount, and half earn less.
