This position is for our Extendicare Fort Macleod Home, located in Fort Macleod, Alberta Available opportunities include: Casual; Day/Evening/Night shifts What you'll be doing Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
