*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential electrical work and possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. *Duties* * Upgrading electrical panels, pony panels, etc. * Heat pump installation and hookup * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks. * Work with low voltage systems as required, ensuring all installations meet industry standards. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely. * Adhere to all safety protocols while working on electrical installations and repairs. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. * Familiarity with both hand tools and power tools used in the electrical trade. * Knowledge of heat pump installations is preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): * Do you have experience with ductless heat pumps?
