Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems. Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions. Inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions. Review work orders . Test automotive systems and components. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements. Complete reports to record problems and work performed. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Judgement. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
