If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are detail-oriented, we?d love to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities* * *Customer Interaction:* Greet customers, understand their shipping and printing needs, and provide tailored solutions. * *Shipping Assistance:* Guide customers on packaging, shipping options, and costs; prepare shipments for FedEx, DHL, and other carriers. * *Printing & Passport Photo Services:* Operate basic printing, scanning, and photocopying equipment; assist customers with document handling. * *Cash Handling:* Process transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and billing. * *Problem-Solving:* Resolve customer queries, track shipments, and liaise with courier companies for updates. * *Store Operations:* Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies as needed. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset. * Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese) is a plus. * Familiarity with courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or printing equipment is preferred but not required ? training will be provided. * Proficient with computers and basic software like MS Office. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service or a related field. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. *How to Apply* Interested candidates, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter via Indeed.
