Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Pave and rake asphalt. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Accurate. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Reliability. Team player.
