Job Description Department: Community Services Position: Meals On Wheels & Billing Coordinator Hours: Weekdays 9:00am-5:00pm (75hrs biweekly) Weekends and evening work may be required. Status: Permanent Full Time Date Required: ASAP Purpose Under the direction of the Supervisors of the ADP and FEC Day Programs and Manager, Community Services, the MOW & Billing Co-ordinator is responsible for the monthly billing of Community Services programs, including invoicing and receipt of payments. Performs clerical and administrative duties within the Community Services department as needed. Assists with the facilitation of the Meals on Wheels (MOW) program in the efficient delivery of Italian meals to seniors and/or adults with disabilities who are living at home and are unable to prepare own meals.
