*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles. Responsibilities will also include AMVIC, OPI and Insurance Inspections, training apprentices and maintaining quick turnaround times. This position will work Monday-Friday, starting 8:00am-5:00pm - Earn an hourly wage of up to $40.00 per hour based on experience. *Systems:* ShopMonkey *The perfect candidate would be:* · Have a great positive attitude · Reliable & Punctual · Careful & efficient workmanship · Professional Appearance · Eye for Detail · Accurate · Confident · Excellent communication skills *Responsibilities* · Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations · Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles · Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems (AMVIC, OPI, Insurance, and UBER Inspections) · Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed · Test drive vehicles to ensure proper operation after repairs · Assist apprentices in learning. *Qualifications include:* · Have your Journeyman Red Seal Certification · 1 year min of Journeyman experience · Own tools · Valid driver's license · Able to drive manual transmission vehicles · Front end and wheel alignment experience If you think you have the personality and skills to be successful apply today!
