Job details
We are hiring a full time position to start December 2 Requirements: * Early Childhood Education Certificate, Diploma or equivalent (ie: B.Ed, Youth Care Cert, Diploma, Rehab Cert or Diploma, Educational Assistant Certificate, Therapeutic Recreation Diploma), or willing to obtain (currently funding is available to assist with the cost of ECE classes)* First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)* current CPIC (criminal record check) (or willing to obtain) Skills / Abilities: * take initiative* fast learner* able to work as a team* able to take direction* reliable* creative* flexible* ability to problem solve Duties include but are not limited to: * providing high quality care for children ages 18 months to 12 years of age in a fully inclusive child care centre.* program planning* light housekeeping* working in a team environment We offer competitive wages (based on Education and experience).
