Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Produce informational materials to increase awareness of services available. Supervise staff. Train staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Arrange for billing for services. Explain the type and cost of services offered. Maintain records and statistics. Receive and log complaints. Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
