Are you an experienced and certified Project Manager (PMP) looking to take your career to the next level? Built Prefab Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. While we are based in Kelowna, British Columbia this position can be remote, with preference given to residents of British Columbia. *Responsibilities:* * Lead and manager project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. * Report project status to senior management and stakeholders. * Create and implement systems for the ongoing delivery of projects. *Qualifications:* * Computer savvy and ability to work remotely. * Bachelor?s degree in a related field. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent communication and problem solving abilities. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Construction knowledge. * Some design skills would be a huge assets, such as a general ability to use Sketchup.
