Our client, a well-established and highly regarded car dealership, is looking for a skilled and driven Senior Automotive Service Technician to become an essential part of their service team. In this role, you will lead diagnostics, perform high-quality repairs, manage inventory, and engage with customers, with a special focus on domestic pickup trucks. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for automotive excellence, this opportunity is tailored for you! *Responsibilities:* Diagnose and repair vehicles, including new deliveries and current inventory. Coordinate repair scheduling with sales team and service coordinator. Order parts and manage inventory for the service department. Greet customers, assess repair needs, and provide repair estimates. Advise on additional services and keep customers updated on repair progress. Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain repair records. *Requirements:* Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive repair. Experience with domestic pickup trucks (e.g., Ford F150, GMC Sierra, Dodge RAM). Formal certification is preferred but not required. Valid, unrestricted driver?s license and clean driving record. *Key Skills:* Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage shop operations.
