Since 1988, we have been specializing in brand name electronics and professional commercial and residential installations, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, creating a welcoming environment - Provide excellent customer service by prioritizing customer needs and addressing inquiries - Maximize sales opportunities to meet store targets - Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards - Adhere to operating and security procedures diligently - Stay updated on product information, promotions, and rewards programs - Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently \*\*Skills:\*\* - Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales - Ability to upsell products effectively - Proficient in technology sales and product demonstrations - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers - Experience in cashiering and handling transactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Prior experience in retail sales is preferred Join our team at The Power Centre where customer service is our top priority.
