BIRMINGHAM RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, Mount Forest, ON, is currently accepting applications for: MAINTENANCE MANAGER The Maintenance Manager will have primary responsibility for the efficient operation of the maintenance requirements of our Retirement Home. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, emergency and building support systems are functioning properly. Experience in general building maintenance. Required to manage the maintenance and housekeeping departments. Experience with fire safety, WHMIS and Health and Safety an asset. Excellent organizational skills. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - maintenance, repairs and renovations of resident suites - communicating and working with outside contractors and other departments - maintenance of building, outdoor grounds and gardens - routines, tasks and jobs relating to maintenance as required to be completed for the efficient operation of the Home and for ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,750.00-$54,600.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Mount Forest, ON N0G 2L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMount Forest, ON
