*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. *Duties* * Conduct financial auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. * Prepare and manage budgets, providing regular updates on variances and forecasts. * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for record-keeping and reporting. * Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. * Execute bank reconciliation processes to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. * Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. * Collaborate with the finance team on corporate finance initiatives and reporting requirements. *Experience* * Proven experience in accounting or a related field is required. * Familiarity with financial services and corporate finance practices is preferred. * Strong skills in financial auditing, budgeting, account analysis, bank reconciliation, and managing accounts receivable. * Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero is highly desirable. * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
